If you haven't yet chosen a care provider, you can connect with www.myuhc.com to find a care provider who is covered by your health plan and has the UnitedHealth Premium® designation, which designates care providers for meeting quality and cost efficiency criteria.
Consultation
After you enroll in the program, you will work with a nurse consultant to determine if you or your baby need any special services.
